Compliance with laws, rules and internal regulations is a top priority for us. Ethical business practices and responsible behaviour form the basis for our company's success and our daily interactions.

If you suspect any irregularities or misconduct in our company or our supply chain (e.g. violations of applicable laws and regulations, our Code of Conduct or our Responsible Sourcing Guideline), please let us know.

You can provide us with information and complaints via our external ombudsperson. The following applies:

• Every report will be treated confidentially and examined objectively and thoroughly.

• Both the person making the complaint and the person affected by the complaint will be adequately protected.

• The person affected by the information is presumed innocent.

• Persons who provide information in good faith need not fear any disadvantages.

• Reports can be made anonymously.

Please be as specific as possible in your report/complaint:

• Who is affected?

• What happened?

• When was the incident?

• How did the incident take place?

• How often did it happen?

• Where did the incident take place?

Documents, screenshots, photos or other material are helpful.
